Spectrum Recreation & Fitness is a not-for-profit fully integrated recreation and fitness facility designed to meet the needs of the entire community, including people with disabilities and other disadvantaged groups.

Spectrum Recreation & Fitness, or Spectrum Gym as it is more commonly known, has state of the art pin weighted equipment, free weights, cardio equipment, tennis courts, multipurpose courts, an audio-visual aerobic theatre, fitness screening and assessments, and variety of group classes, programs and services.

Income generated by the facility provides the Spectrum Organisation with funds to assist people with disabilities.

The Spectrum Gym is located in the northern Brisbane suburb of Lawnton and has the leafy surrounds of a meandering creek and bike pathways. With friendly staff and a fresh relaxing environment, you will feel right at home.
