ABOUT US

The Spectrum Gym is a state-of-the-art recreation and fitness facility that seeks to improve the health and wellbeing of all sectors of the community.

We have pin-weighted equipment, free weights, tennis courts, multi-purpose courts, an audio-visual aerobic theatre, cardio equipment, fitness screening and assessments, and many other classes, programs and services. We also have an annual Fun Run, we run individual programs and we have corporate Commando courses.

The funds raised from our Gym assist people with intellectual disabilities through the Spectrum Organisation.
