BOXERCISE

High-energy aerobic workout using heavy bags, speed balls, floor-to-ceiling balls
and focus pads. Also combined with weight resistance equipment in a series of stations, stopping only briefly before each exercise.

Excellent for co-ordination, reflexes and to pump out the adrenalin.
