6-WEEK KICKSTART PROGRAM
This 6 Week Kickstart is designed for weight loss, muscle gain, improvement of overall fitness, developing a fitness regime, and all whilst working within a fun team environment. Participants are given an initial assessment, fortnightly measurements, 3 group training sessions per week, nutritional and exercise advice, completion function, and an exercise log book.
